黄丹丹,副教授,硕士生导师。讲授本科生的《物理化学》、《物理化学实验》、《应用化学专业英语》、《物理化学与胶体化学》、《物理化学与胶体化学实验》、《基础化学实验》等课程。主持国家级科研项目1项, 主持山东省重点研发项目子课题1项,参与国家级科研项目4项,参与山东省研究生教育创新计划项目1项。以一作/共同一作或通讯作者在Food ChemistryFood ControlPostharvest Biology and TechnologyPlant Physiology and BiochemistryScientia Horticulturae等国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,撰写英文学术专著2章,授权专利1项。
