苗成霞,博士,教授,博士/硕士生导师,中科院青年创新促进会会员,山东省青年创新人才引育团队负责人。主要讲授本科生的《有机化学》《绿色化学》《有机化学实验》《制药工程专业实验A》和研究生的《高等有机化学》等课程。研究工作一直以“绿色精准化”为原则,开展绿色催化与合成方面的研究,实现了二氧化碳、醇和烯烃等化合物的清洁转化制备重要化工中间体或药物中间体。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目、山东省重大产业攻关项目及省级面上项目等多项课题;获得中科院西部之光和中科院青年创新促进会会员等项目支持。目前以第一作者或者通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Sci., Green Chem., Adv. Synth. Catal.等化学类top期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇;参与撰写《绿色化学基本原理》《二氧化碳化学》《离子液体百科全书》和《有机合成试剂百科全书》等中英文专著;授权中国发明专利3件。
